Creature design
I contributed to the visual development and creature ideation for the Academy Award-nominated feature film "Love and Monsters" (2020), directed by Michael Matthews. The film's unique "Monsterpocalypse" setting required a blend of biological realism and imaginative, over-the-top mutations.
My Contribution: My work focused on the early conceptualization and design of the monsters that inhabit this post-apocalyptic world. The goal was to create creatures that felt formidable and dangerous, yet possessed a distinct personality and evolutionary logic. I explored various textures, silhouettes, and anatomical structures to help define the visual identity of the film's primary threats.
